Job Descriptions:

  • Managing employees by formulating, updating, and implementing policies relating to hiring, compensation, benefits and incentives, performance appraisal, performance management, and administration
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Maintain and fulfills organization staff/requirements by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program
  • Make SOP for each department and review every department
  • Manage employee relations, counseling, termination, and disciplining of employees
  • Advising monthly reviews, administering payroll, compensation and benefits, etc
  • Manage benefits programs such as life BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, pension plan, sick leave, annual leave, and employee assistance
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources regulations of Indonesia
  • Develop strategies and implement HR policies and guidelines needed to deliver value to shareholders and employees
  • Provide consideration the legal aspects requested by other departments within the organization
  • Making Weekly & Monthly report
