Job Description:

  • Assist to make sure recruitment service level can support business (Planning, sourcing, profiling and placement.
  • Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill manpower needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee (starting from create job advertisement, shortlisting potential candidates, invite candidates, giving psychological test and interviewing candidates, continue to make offering letter until hiring)
  • Make the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and System Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, select and evaluate applicants.
  • Carry out coaching, training and activities related to the development of mental potential, skills and knowledge of employees which is in accordance with company standards
  • Conduct disciplinary action on employees who violate company regulations or policies
  • Making Weekly & Monthly recruitment progress report
