Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall brand portfolio and product mix to maximize profitability
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plan, marketing campaigns, consumer promotions and activation, trade marketing plans to support overall brand growth and profitability
  • Conceptualize overall marketing strategy in line with brand and company direction
  • Manage all marketing budget efficiently and monitor its effectiveness to ensure positive ROI
  • Analyze performance of new product development activation, track ROI
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market and brand trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to identify market opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop integrated trade marketing activation and ensure consistency ind brand image across all distribution channels
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits
